INTERVIEWER: What are the biggest challenges you espect in the gaming and casino market for the year ahead?
GUIDO RIZZO: Considering that the global sportsbook market is growing rapidly, we have a tremendous opportunity ahead of us for the years to come with our sportsbook armchairs.
That’s why next year, we’ll promote our LOVE chair through new levels in the USA e Australia. In fact I’m convinced that the benches are the future of slots and ETG seats, to improve the assets of the casino in order to meet millenial customers’ needs. And last but not least we’re also keenly focused on next year goal alignment and improvement to drive greater productivity not only in Italy but also worldwide.
Q: What about the brand new gaming market that is Africa?
GUIDO RIZZO: Especially during the last few years we are facing a change of direction. More and more African Countries are getting casino market increasing and they are allowing to access capital markets and to raise money. That’s a great incentive for us. We are very proud of our partnership with TCS John Huxley Africa, which is helping us laying the foundations of the African market growing. A market that is very various. That’s why I forsee there will be a very high request of slots chairs, tables chairs and on the other side, sports betting is growing up very strongly too. According to MGR Casino Chairs Africa is the continent with the major expectations of growth. And we are looking at this area with extreme interest.
Q: What about your startegies for the american market?
G.R: Undoubtedly US market has probably allowed us to keep our business level very high. We are doing a great job there with the LOVE bench, where, as I said and I see a great future for the slots market.
But the Sportsbook has also been a big source of business too. The step forward that we have to take, as an Italian company, with Italian production, which faces the US market, is to engage all those main projects which are the reference of the US market. We’ve got a couple of rounds in the barrel, let’s see if the dice will turn our way.
Q: Any final wish for the 2022?
GUIDO RIZZO: 2022 is set to be an exciting year for everybody. The whole world expects to be out from Covid definitely. I wish everybody to work further on their ideas and projects.
